Configuring the Email Address Policy and Accepted Domains
When you are configuring a new Exchange Server 2010 environment, we need to configure the domains that will be accepted into the environment. These are known as Accepted Domains. Once, we have configured the Accepted domains then we can configure the email address policy. This policy will control which emails are being used within the environment. You can separate departments, companies, geographic regions and more. This helps to provide autonomy in a corporate environment.
